Problems with naps order?

Has anyone ordered from naps this passed month and received their order? I ordered 4 weeks ago and still nothing I'm still patient I know their is hic ups here and there but according to everyone else they get their order 2-3 weeks. I live in the midwest if that gives any idea on how long it should take. I submitted a ticket asking for a tracking number they replied with their was mailing delays and got no tracking number. Then I replied to that and they said will have tracking number in a few days. I don't want to sound like in bitching I jut want to know where my order is I spent 500 on this order and I know people spend thousands but money is money I just want to know where my gears at. I'll be patient i just want to make sure my goodies are on their way. Thanks, E
 
It just takes time...I'm currently at week 4 now but sitting tight....once they ship it could sit in customs because of the holiday rush...who knows...I know its hard but you know now order way in advance for your next cycle

ya, i ordered the 16th and again the 30th haha. im straight with the wait. it'll come just cool it

Nope i had to chill with the wife and i may pop in and out but when it comes to pm's and your situation i like to answer them when i have the time to give a better answer and start getting the info you requested. No half assing here :D
 
XMas/New Year's can easily add an extra 1-2 weeks to any order. Give it 4-5 weeks total and then it should arrive - either that or a letter from Customs.

I am getting mail from my banks which dates back to mid December.
 
Yea that's what I'm figuring I'm not starting my cycle till the second week in march so that's give me like 8 weeks. Just found it really strange that they were like we'll give you your tracking number in a few days. Anywho instead of doing a 10 week cycle I might do 12 week cycle because I did order enough gear for that.
 
I got mine in 2 weeks both that were before Christmas.

Just curious but how many of you have to go to the post office and sign for your package? Is something like this ok to do or should it this not a good idea?
 
Hey Bigbluechevelle im in the same boat as you. I got the same response. I was happy to see a response but no tracking Number and now their site is down, hope nothing bad happend
 
The people complaining about naps in a few threads here lately have about 50 or fewer posts and very recent join dates (like Jan, 2011). Seems strange.

My last order came in just over a week. naps just keeps getting better and better.
 
Guys you gotta remember what your ordering....its not coming from Walmart...they take pre-cautions to keep ur stuff from getting snatched by customs...be patient..I've gotten stuff in 8 days up to 30...some people wait even longer.
 
I know I joined this month but I know my stuff. Atleast I'm not one of those dudes that makes a post complaining and doesn't have enough post to send a pm so he just goes 1,2,3 etc. Ha none the less everything got figured out thanks to GXR.

Just got my order in. Came in stated time. Everything is in order. Props to Naps!

well Im starting to get mad im waiting for a response from yesterday mourning, because i was asked if i placed the order in the ticket! and i responed nd im very anxious to see whats up

all you needed to do is PM a naps rep like GXR hes always quick to help me when i have questions.
no need to make a thread out in the open.
why post up all this info.

Very happy camper here! All mine was here in less than 2 weeks. No sig required. Naps is my new best friend!:clapping:
