I finally made the decision to get back into working out and I think for now I want to do a full body workout a 3 or 4 times a week to ease back into it. I just wanted to know if this looks ok to do.

Today I did:

ATF Squats x 3 sets

Dips x 2 sets

Bent over rows x 3 sets

All at about 85% intensity. Next time Ill probably do dead-lifts bench-press and pull ups or something I don't know. After a few weeks of this I'll probably just separate it into a push pull legs split for a while. This sound good to start back?

I'd recommend Starting Strength - it's pretty similar to what you're doing already and it's extremely simple. I'm doing it right now to gain some strength.

What do you mean starting strength? Is that the name of a workout program or do you mean strength training in general?

Starting Strength is a book by Mark Rippetoe. In it he outlines a very good and very simple program for novice/intermediate lifters.

You can find the program on the net without getting the book, but the book has a lot of good information in it too.
