i will be starting my 2nd cycle of h drol soon, i was thinking about taking novadex for my pct with life support for milk thistle and hawthorn berry, im 5"6 149lbs
my first cycle i out on about 15 pounds, but lack of a good pct lost a good amount of gains, was recommended novadex from a friend though what do you think?
 
do you mean real nolvadex or the gaspari nolvadex xt?
 
nolvadex xt is not a good comprehensive PCT!

while H-drol is a mild steroid, you'd still want a proper PCT.

On mild cycles, I've had great luck with the TRS from Primordial Performance.

other than that, I always rec getting a true SERM! Torem is best in my book, but Clomid and Nolva do the trick (nolva is good to have on hand to combat gyno...if you're prone).

^ Well, according to Prince, his ATD product would suffice for Metha drol extreme PCT. (ATD being the main ingredient in Novadex XT)

I was chastised for suggesting Clomid as the safest bet for pct. But, if the Admin of a bodybuilding site says different, well, we should all take heed.

I am assuming your are meaning novadex xt. If so, my past experiences with myself and other were NOTHING when using it.

Here a PCT I suggest for other when using PH's

Last 4 weeks of PH cycle, start to take HCGenerate

then

PCT
4-8Forma Stanzol
4-8 Double Dose Post Cycle/Unleashed
4-8 Sustain Alpha

As with ANY cycle, you should take a cycle supports. One I have on hard daily is Need2Guard

I would run real nolva or clomid for your PCT. Why play with your precious gains?

Nolva: 20/20/20/20 <or>
Clomid: 50/50/50/50

Never said you couldnt. Some people are not ready to take that step this is why companies such as NTBM make great alternatives.
 
There are some Pct products on the market that will suffice but Clomid and Nolva are so easily obtained I would honestly reccomend going that route as well. Just my $.02 though.
 
Hey man, if you don`t mind my asking
1) How old are you?
2) How long have you been lifting?

I thought about running some h-drol awhile back, but most of the reviews I read said to expect to lose some bodyfat while maintaining or gaining some muscle. I`m curious now that you gained 15lbs the first run.

Wouldnt you want to tapor down the Nolva? Or does it even matter? I mean like 20/20/10/10? Ive always heard and been told to tapor down?

Tapering works so that estro levels can stabilize. With a SERM it also allows for recovery while not getting as many adverse SERM effects such as lowered IGF-1, lowered GH levels and liver toxicity. However, that can be avoided by combining OTC supplements with SERMs. Primordial's TRS works great for coupling with a low-dosed SERM. It also covers cortisol, LH sensitizing and helps with cholesterol levels.

reason i ask is im the same height and weight as you.

gaining 15lbs on h-drol is VERY Unlikely...especially if that's 10% of your body weight!

most users see 6-10lbs of lean gains on a 5-6 week h-drol run.
 
i wasnt that wise with building muscle i wasnt sure how many calories i put in a day, but all i ate was pasta and peanut butter sandwiches, sometimes chicken
but i did gain 15 lbs, i weighed about 137, 138 when i started, lost alot of gains with no pct
:p worked out 5 times a week

You guys mention this is so easy to get your hands on but I have yet found a decent website that sells this product. If anyone can shoot me in the right direction to order either clomid or nova it would be great help. Because I'm just starting my 3rd week of Metha Drol Extreme and would like to order this before I finish my cycle.

My buddy ordered this ArimeDexin 3, 17 Keto | Arime Dexin Wondering if this is a good PCT or not. Thanks a lot for the feedback.

One of the board sponsors has a pretty good reputation around here, CEMproducts. Ik a lot of guys have used them.
 
There are plenty of sponsors that you should look into, go into their sub-forums and see what you can find. Either Nolva/Clomid/Torem will work just fine for you. Don't assume you don't need a serm, that is playing with fire and you will get burned at one time or another.
 
Thank you for the info, but I need a direct link to purchase this product.. I'm new to this website and I'm not really sure where to look. I searched the CEM products website and found Research Chemicals... Like wtf I don't wanna be apart of research. And its liquid..? I thought you taper off like 50/50/25/25 how do you do that with liquid. For real, I just want a link to any websites that sell Clomid or Nova where I can order my product online today.
