So After lots of thinking I decided to go for this for my 16 week pre contest cycle.

Weeks 1-12 Test Prop 100mg eod
Weeks 13-16 Test Prop 50mg ed
Week 1-16 Masteron 100mg eod
Weeks 1-12 EQ 480 a week
Weeks 5-16 Anavar 80mg ed
Weeks 13-16 Tren A 50ed
Weeks 14-16 Winstrol 50ed
Weeks 15-16 Halo 30mg ed
Weeks (4 weeks before cycle) -16 HGH 4iu a day
Week 1-4 and 8-11 Igf 66mcg pwo
Week 5-7 Slin 8 iu's pwo
Weeks 1-16 Arimidex .5mg eod
Weeks 1-16 T3 50mcg ed
Optional ( Clen 80mcg + Keto 1mg a day for 6 weeks)* probably not needed but ill keep it at hand.

So what you guys think?
 
That is a s**tload of compounds. You are going to be one pissed off gorilla motherf**ker during weeks 13-16 with that tren A and halo combo.:paddle:

All I can say, that I ALWAYS say...run EQ for 16 weeks bro.

I would also get regular labs done with that amount of gear...especially near the end with the methylated tabs and tren.

Other than that...HAVE FUN!:ohyeah:
 
nice cycle, but i am curious about slin, using slin usually puts me 4 weeks back...lol

i run the eq dose lower and longer or just buy more eq and the only other thing that i find strange is only 2 weeks of winny but otherwise a pretty sick stack.

no exp with slin

Why the break in IGF?

IGF is best run 4 weeks on, 2 weeks off, 4 weeks on. It seems to stop being as effective after week 5 or so, due to the IGF-1 receptors becoming desensitized. That's the theory anyway. Not much solid scientific evidence of this stuff out there on humans.
 
yeah what i meant was it puts be 4 weeks back, ie makes me gain fat, i use it offseason as 4-6 week so when i am on for the 4 weeks i gain

may be you have your philosophy about using insulin precontest(of which i am not aware off)...so i just wanted u to elaborate a bit on it.

That's WAY TOO much in my opinion. Hell you could get away with less than 1/2 of that easily. DIET is going to make the biggest difference, if it's not spot on all of that gear and 750mg of DNP ed won't do ANYTHING.

Actually I'm not sure about the slin. It would help with its anticatabolic effect. I would be using t3 and clen while using slin so weight gain shouldn't be a problem. I might not use slin anyways. I have some glucophage available, I could use instead.

I know diet will make the difference. What do you think I could drop from the cycle?
 
If it were me, I would drop the EQ and winny. You are already running Var/halo and Tren/Mast.

i would drop nothing. he is getting ready for contest. he needs all the edge he can get. the question is does he want to win or just show up.

If you need that much shit to win a show (amateur level at that, I assume) then you might as well call it a day because you only got maybe 3 or 4 good years left before you burn out, go broke or realize you don't have the genes.
 
you are correct about that roughneck. but know till you try it at that level first. the pros use way more than that.

LOL it's not about gene's dude, but unfortunately I can guarantee you the guys that win is the guy with the best cycle. And that thing about genetics now days is stupid, they used to tell Jay Cutler he didn't have the genetics to be a pro, then when he became a pro, he didn't have the genetics to be Mr. O. Have you seen Dorian Yates before he began bodybuilding? You should have seen me when I was 15, or when I was 19 at 125 lbs. Sure you would have said I didn't have the genetics. Yet when I was 21 I was 185 with 7% bf Natty. I could do really good naturally. I actually don't know anyone as strict as me dieting. Shit I even measure my food and use a timer while bulking. I'm a beast doing cardio, you'll never seen a guy my size doing cardio at the intensity I do. I have what it takes and I'm not gonna lose because some asshole planned a better cycle than I did. I'm not competing for shits and giggles, I'm gonna win.

Thanks. And I'm not trying to be an ass to Mr. Rough but it's disagree that if you need a good cycle to win you're not made for bbing. I accept criticism on the cycle. Like the guy that said I should probably drop the winny and the eq. I hear that. And I will consider those Inputs. In reality, If I get to week 14, and I look almost ready, I won't use winny for nothing. But I rather have it planned just in case, this is also true with clen and other stuff.

Just use some GH, Test and anavar. When you get below 10% add in some mast and tren and then drop the anavar.

That makes sense. My question is with the anavar, I've heard it works best when you are below 10% I was actually hoping to start after 4 weeks into my cycle, when I expect to be around 10% bf. I was planning to use masteron also weeks 8-16 but in my previous post I was told masteron only works if you run it for long cycles. What's your take on that. I could Do test and something else weeks 1-8 and then switch to masteron weeks 8-16 aswell with anavar.

Ananvar will help strip off body fat so you could use it either way - your call. It sounds like you've got enough to use it beofe though too so why not?

Mast prop will kick in best when you are your leanest, 8 weeks is more than enough time, as long as you're lean enough, you'll be fine.

If that's the case I would just run the test at first with some ECA. Once you can see your abs without having to flex them, start everything else. Once you hit this point everything else will really shine. Considering your diet is spot on. Drop ALL INJECTABLES 2 weeks before the show. Nothing but orals from this point out, winstrol, halo or anavar would be fine. You could even use all three, but only for a couple of weeks.

What are you doing for water manapulation and the carb up?

I think ECA and keto go hand in hand. Works great for me. Just keep some veggies in there at every meal, the carb content will not knock you out of keto and you need the "filler" to help burn body fat. FIBER burns fat!

The test thing is different for everybody, you'll have to experiment and see for yourself, I know through trial and error if I run more than 500mg of test I will hold 7lbs of water, no matter what I do it's always 7lbs. Trial and error, Bro.

You don't really need a diuretic either. Water and carb up is the biggest thing. AGAIN, everyone is different and different things work for different people, I can only go off of what I've done in the past.

I would suggest drinking 4oz of red wine before you pump up to go on stage with 4 tbsp. of salt, it will pop your vascularity out to new heights.

I can help you with the water and carb up if you want but start up an new thread for that in case someone else wants to search for it also, it will never be found buried here.
