What's considered to high for AAS? I just checked mine at publix and it was 139 over 78 and about start a cycle.. Is that to high?

A blood pressure level of 140/90 mmHg or higher is considered high. About two-thirds
of people over age 65 have high blood pressure. If your blood pressure is between
120/80 mmHg and 139/89 mmHg, then you have
prehypertension. This means that you
don’t have high blood pressure now but are likely to develop it in the future unless you

adopt the healthy lifestyle changes described in this brochure.

Blood pressure can vary greatly during the day. What kind of cuff did you use. If it was one of those machines, they are horribly inaccurate. The 138 is a bit high, the 78 is fine. Should be 120/80, or less.

your right MDR when i go to the doctor and use the machine they have it's always higher than the one i got at home

its the cuff at publix.. i have to shove and twist my arm in there and it say for 9 -13" and mine are 15-16" un flexed..

i got a blood pressure monitor at the pharmacy that came with XL cuff.

my bp is always about 130 to 135/80's at the docs..i know its a little high but the doc hasnt ever said anything about it..i gues the "good" news is my bp is the same on tren, test, eq, deca..doesnt matter ha

My BP went from normal pre-cycle to prehypertension half way through cycle to full blown hypertension since. Currently at 157/91. Too high for comfort. That's resting BP. During workout it's got to be significantly higher which may be contributing to the dizziness, vertigo etc, I feel lately when in the gym. Two weeks until my lab work and then I'll determine whether I need to cruise or if I will continue to blast.

By the way, I do NOT in any way, shape or form encourage anyone to do what I do. I do things my way with a complete understanding of the risks that I've accepted. Only sharing my experiences here as far as BP is concerned.

Yeah it's def on the high side. Trying to eat more raw leafy veggies and I'll check it this weekend. The last reading I posted was from one week ago and I've dropped sodium intake and increased veggies as stated above. We'll see where things stand in a couple of days.

No I haven't but I'll look for it this weekend. Thanks for the suggestion.

I do not have BP problems as of now even on cycle. My runs about 110/65. My hematocrit does get high on cycle. Bigbird be careful bro. That would scare the shit out of me.
