You probably know what you doing but be careful brothaMy BP went from normal pre-cycle to prehypertension half way through cycle to full blown hypertension since. Currently at 157/91. Too high for comfort. That's resting BP. During workout it's got to be significantly higher which may be contributing to the dizziness, vertigo etc, I feel lately when in the gym. Two weeks until my lab work and then I'll determine whether I need to cruise or if I will continue to blast.
By the way, I do NOT in any way, shape or form encourage anyone to do what I do. I do things my way with a complete understanding of the risks that I've accepted. Only sharing my experiences here as far as BP is concerned.

Have you tried Potassium Gluconate doc told me to take one caplet a day that help me, helps blood circulation.Yeah it's def on the high side. Trying to eat more raw leafy veggies and I'll check it this weekend. The last reading I posted was from one week ago and I've dropped sodium intake and increased veggies as stated above. We'll see where things stand in a couple of days.
