I'm passed due on ticker as well sent a few rockets cause it days to contact them and its been two days and no response. I have never heard from anyone in naps on any questions.. so don't know where people said there's customer service were I haven't seen any responses nor any live support.. I'm ordering from a reliable source. Can't wait any longer.. naps is have to say is a major dissapointment
They may not have understood a word you said in your ticket when you submitted it, b/c I fumbled through reading your post above.....
Dude, just pretend the "ticker" doesn't exist. AND I've never had a ticket OR a PM NOT responded to. Just give it a day or 3 at the most....relax
