Dude, just pretend the "ticker" doesn't exist. AND I've never had a ticket OR a PM NOT responded to. Just give it a day or 3 at the most....relax :joint:
 
ok im really annoyed... sorry have to vent... i got one order in today. i ordered 5 ananvar, 3 prop and 4 turnibol.. i recieved, 2 anavar, 4 turnibol and 3 prop.. im missing 3 anavar! i cant start my cycle now cause its not all here.. and now if they do wanna replace or resend what they owe me, witch i dought highly they will, summers over before i get it.. its time to try someone new. i cant continue to do business with this. i get no response from any support on there page.. cant get a email back on even a question.. i have another order that i ordered same day, still not here but hope thats right. thos its not for summer. was storing it for my winter stack.. im so aggravated!

I think u posted this on your own thread, the best thing to do is to pm GXR64... Naps will make it right 4 u.
 
i recieved my second order and no problems.. i jsut need this fixed asap and cant wait another 4 weeks for shipment.. its human to make mistakes, just sucks waiting for gear to come, so you can start a cutting cycle and it finally does and your missing the key that binds that cycle.. lol. sucks! im gald i took a step towards ordering finally since genxl closed...
 
Dude you really have no room to complain, i ordered 11 days before you and i still dont have a god damn thing.

last time my order was broken up into 3 packs. It was reflected in my account screen as well, each had a separate ticker. Each was sent a couple days apart. I got one, then the second a week or so later, then the final one about another week later.

Yours was probably broken up too. You should go login and click on your account and view your order. If it's not reflected in there, I would PM GXR64 (rep).

For one i PM'd GXR a week ago about the situation and he never got back to me i also contacted naps where they said its still moving sorry cant do anything even tho it will be 8 weeks and still not even at customs so dont even try to sit there and say that goes for the rest of you too like you know all or any situations behind the posts. Im also not complaining, im telling him he cant complain for at least getting an order when im not even complaining i dont have mine yet when i ordered it 11 days before him. Exactly why do you feel the need to get into everyones business and separate into many posts instead of just consolidating it or not saying anything at all since your words at least in this post benefit no one.
 
Thank again forum crew! Mind is at ease again, I'll let you know when the rest comes in. It sucks that being screwed by 1 company can make you so damn paranoid. 1 bad apple spoils the fuckin bunch!

Its just uncalled for and entirely immature really. I mean honestly whats the point and what exactly do you get out of harassing people with absolutely no beneficial comments to come out of anything you say. I am pretty sure this forum is for discussion and help, not bashing and douche bags looking to insult new people left and right. If car salesman did that every time a dumb question was asked about cars well i dont think he would sell very many cars. Im sure naps doesn't want you insult their customers either.
 
Well all i can say is i got my orders from naps 5 weeks. Only peoblem is first order i didn't receive all i ordered. Contacted naps finally got a response back thanks to gxr64 and were communicating at this point. So so far other then taking a long time to get here they came threw.. Know to plan ahead next time and make sure leave enough time to correct an error.. Cause moeny cycle has change due to the error.. So far there making right of the situation. I'll let u know the outcome.. Thank u again gxr

My posts are highly beneficial. People complain like children, I tell them to PM a rep instead of making a thread. Know why? Nobody else can do a fucking thing. Pretty solid knowledge huh? Yeah, I been doing this a while. Why tell everyone else about a problem you're having? It doesn't solve anything. Also, I'm not trying to sell anything. A car salesman would kiss ass to an idiot with money and tell them whatever they wanted to hear to sell a car. I will post a more applicable analogy:

If you walked out of a grocery store and the kid bagging your groceries forgot to put your chocolate donuts in the bag would you stand outside flipping the fuck out about it and telling everyone else they forgot your donuts...or would you calmly walk back inside with your receipt and go to the same checker and politely tell them your bagger forgot to put your donuts in the bag and you have your receipt for proof of purchase?

I don't know, I mean kids these days do some crazy shit. They have no patience. They have a huge entitlement mentality. Everyone owes them everything it seems. They way people act in here on these boards just wouldn't make sense out in the real world. Everyone else would think they were fucking nuts. So yeah, I LOL @ those kind of threads and the people that start them here, like I would LOL @ some nut flipping out like I described in the above scenario.

ok guys been a while but wanted to post on here.. with the help of gxr64 naps resent me the anavar they forgot to send in my order.. gxr is a great guy and before people start bashing anyone or any site they should check with the site reps.. hes been great.. naps has a slow process in customer support, shipping and all.. but if u contact gxr he gets it going for you.. anyway im still waiting for the order to get here theres a few days on the ticker for my replacement.

on the other hand, i placed an order for some pct threw biogen. and i shit u not it was here in my mailbox from overseas, in 6 days!! i dont know how good there stuff is but i tell u what, thats some quick ass shipping!!

Bummed! Its been 2 months and I have opened 5 tickets. Tracking does not work, communication is great, but have not received my gear. I know it's good to go, but this has not been a great experience. They apparently have done a reship, but I don't see it on its way... I know I won't get scammed I trust that, it just ha been a tough wait...2 months.
 
What the hell is going on with naps? Is it just my order? 2+ months and 1/4 of my order arrived after a month. Now 2+ months and still nothing, they said they reshipped, but that was a month ago...and nothing..... First hghxpress and now naps? Please tell me i didn't get fucked again!
 
Ok here we are now the 25th or august and ky order I placed one the 29 of April is still not complete! All naps keeps saying is wait another week. Now they don't answer me anymore at all nor does gxr on here there rep! So now I'm screwed outta my money and cycle. Funny tho I order from someone else and its here in 8 days! Don't get it. I'm beyond pissed and this is not fair. It's it wasn't something cheap either. Were talking Anavar. Go figure most expensive stuff and I don't get it. Unreal. Talk about ruining my summer plans and training. Anyway at this point I want what's owed to me.. and I mean if I'm not getting it don't tell me I'm burnt then. Stop blowing smile uo may ass for over three weeks now since my ticker stopped ticking
 
Gonna say this one more time, no one got ripped off, no one is fucked. The issue was not Naps, but with the shipping authority, and it's been fixed and packs are on the way. Does it suck you had to wait, fucking A right. But Naps shipped orders in good faith and got screwed, but took it upon themselves to fix the issue for it's customers. So, I'm asking on behalf of Naps for a bit more patience. Thanks.
 
Well I appreciate a response from u but to get ignored by naps and a rep I guess cause there tired of hearing from me but three weeks aftem ky ticker ended and the fact bow I'm moving as the the 1st of the month and don't knoe hoe ill recieved the order I placed. Reason I'm Extrememly pissed. It's now three months later and still nothing. That's all. I don't mind waiting but I'm telling them I'm moving as of Sat and that if its not here this week what happens next? No response
 
Make sure you have a valid forwarding address. PM your order number to GXR64, he will make it right with you.

My apologies for the delay, it will be made right. Know that doesn't help now, but it will get fixed.

dam bro you know that gxr and anabolic put up a few stickies explaining the situation right? youre not the only one waiting but your the only one having a bitchfit over a couple packs of var. i placed a huge order a while ago and im still waiting on nearly a dozen vials of test and EQ as well as a bunch of tbol. chill out. naps is one of the best sources we got. theyll do right by you.


as for communication, ive opened 2 tickets with the support center last week and theyve gotten back to me in a couple hours so im inclined to believe youre bullshitting us about bad communication.
 
Your wrong anolbic. Gxr64 doesn't answer me anymore so I'm getting ignored from all aspects at this point andbim getting tons of emails from other members on here of people getting screwed by naps thebpast few months so something major is going on. And when a rep from then gxr64 ignores u cause its over 3 months wont answer me anymore tells me I'm screwed!
 
Trust me gsxr64 hasn't responded in over two weeks. So there's no bullshit. And my orginial order was a lot more then just Anavar point of the aruement is I couldn't do a my planned cycle cause stuff was missing. Ordered this in April. Come on.. unclez was here in two weeks! Bio gen was here in 7 days! Regen was here in 8 so naps to me isn't relaiable sorcery at all anymore. Who wants to wait 4 months to get shit. Never heard of it! That's bullshit to me not bitching about waiting 3 months and 2 weeks to get and order
