hey guys need advice on my first cycle

hey guys im new to both this forum and gear.

i have done my research and for my first cycle im going with 600mg of test enanthate a week for 14 weeks and 30mg of dbol ED for 5 weeks.

ive been training hard for a few years now and love the lifestyle and gym.
my diet is also really good.
Im 90kg, 175cm tall.
my mac ratios are 40:40:20.

if you think i need to alter my first cycle any advice would be appreciated
 
you should add an AI while on cycle, either aromasin or arimidex. And for pct, clomid and aromasin. other than that your cycle looks good. maybe do 4weeks of dbol instead of 5, just to make it easier on your liver.
 
You need aromasin at 12.5mgs eod while on cycle. For PCT use Clomid and Aromasin like stated above at doses of Clomid 100/100/75/50 mgs ed wks 1-4
Aromasin at 25/25/12.5/12.5mgs ed wks 1-4 . You may want to consider using just Test alone for first cycle but it would not be that bad if you decide to go with the Dianabol.
 
Your 40/40/20 mac ratio is only going to limit your daily calories if you are counting protein to match you LBM. Be prepared to dramatically increase your complex carbs in order to maximise your gains. Eating on cycle is completely different to being natty. Just keep in mind that its not the gear that makes you grow, it's the calories.

1-ur mac ratios shouldnt be 40:40 protein to carbs...carbs should be more than proteins...!
2-u need vegetables (broccoli, spinach)
3-u need an ai during the cycle

You may also want to consider 500-1000iu a week of HCG while on cycle, so your balls don't shrink and to make your PCT somewhat easier.

it differs from a person to another...some guys r sensitive to gyno while others r not...but blocking to much estrogen will hinder ur gains...u need a small amount of estrogen to build up muscles...so i guess u should add a small dose of arimidex every 3 days...if u feel any side effects of estrogen...up the dose...
 
thankyou, im well aware on the side effects and willdefinately be taking action if any gyno starts of estrogen sides start. cheers mate
