has naps improved shipping for SURE?

pm sent. i already spoke to gxr64 about two weeks ago and he gave me a tracking number for it. it doesnt help because no new info shows up on the tracking site. thanks for looking into it.

I recently ordered I have faith in them coming I just hope I am not one of those orders that get backed up.

I realized why there is always time on left on the counter well atleast for me because my counter doesnt go down on the weekends but I have the date they are supposed to arrive engraved in my head lol

terms on site stated in business days. Thus weekends and holidays would not be counter. :winkfinger:
 
Hi Anabolic,

I placed my first order with naps on 7/3, submitted my payment on 7/4 and the site says it shipped 7/8. Two questions; 1.) My order should have shipped from the new location since it was made in july correct? 2.) How soon are tracking numbers usually available? My ticker says I have 14 days left and I contacted naps on their live chat feature and they told me they aren't sure when they will be able to give me a tracking number. Thanks bro

Tracking is available for request 15 days after ship date.

GXR beat me to it, but 15 days after ship date as he stated.
 
anybody possibly be able to help me? my ticker also expired about a weeks ago...i think my order shipped out on 6/13 and still no package and the tracking number says "no record" according to the USPS site. Naps customer service keeps saying give it a week as well, I'm getting a little worried as I'm a fairly regular customer and never had to wait this long. I've got another order behind it by about two weeks and I'm hoping I at least get them BOTH soonish. any help at all would be appreciated.

also in the future I will be sure to PLAN my orders a lot more carefully.

GXR & Anabolic can look into this for u, but u won't be able to pm them untill u have 50 posts, go into the "new members forum" and start welcoming new members to get your post count up, is really not hard at all.

I opened a ticket and pm GXR. I get the same answer I always get "WAIT ANOTHER 2 WEEKS". Well I guess I will wait another 2 weeks...what other choice do I have...lol
 
it is because of the shipping orgin and customs why it takes a while to get it from naps. no biggie, just be patient...

Waiting suxs, but we all have to do it man, and at the end you will get the best product out there, so it is worth the wait.
Be patient.
