Winny is supposed to be milky white. In no cases have I recieved, dealt, or bought winny that looked like test. What's its consistency? Does it look/move around like an oil? If so, then it's not winny.

dude told me its oil based winny i thought all winny was water based
I believe one of my former co-workers said something about an oil based winny. But I personally have never seen it. I would just be cautious with it. The only problem is, unless you've memorized the look and feel of winny once it's in your system, then it'll be hard to tell if you notice any significant difference once you start running it. ^^^This...it could be yellow, clear, green, etc. All dependant upon what type of oil was used to suspend the compound.
