basicly i want to isolate my triceps more during this exercise. I understand that probaly you will never be able to fully get rid of chest involvement, however i want to get as close as possible of certain reasons.
i currently bring the bar down and stop 3 or 4 inches before touching my pecs, how far should i bring it down to try and avoid chest involvement?
also thinking about it i could bring the bar down before my nipples to focus more stress on the triceps and shoulders...
any more advice thanks?
