Ive been doing my cardio in the morning on empty stomach seems to be working... i also drink xtend through out the cardio session and the day
 
I suggest nipple rings bro:winkfinger:! On the side of cardio though if you want to max out your weight loss from cardio you should do HIIT for 20min then follow it up with 20min of steady state cardio for maximum burn bro:dance:
 
Also its actually good to walk or something low impact after legs for 10-20min to help the recover. I know it sux but it will help.

This is how all my journals are. I like to mix it up and really interact with people. Usually my journals are like a total of 4 pages worth of workouts and 50 pages worth of talking lol. Over on MD they almost changed my training journal name to "the training journal lounge" haha.
I hate stale journals that just have numbers and nothing else. You can go to anyones journal if you just want to read numbers, but to me that gets boring. Plus, a good journal could sway the votes if its close ;)

Holy f*ck the gym was packed! all the other powerhouses were closed for today or had power outages, so the place was insane.

Im actually pretty happy with this workout. Numbers were down, but considering I dont train this early, so I only had a shake in me, and rest time was down because you had to share almost every piece, Im not too disappointed with this. anyhow...

Flat DB Press:
60 x 20
75 x 14
90 x 10
105 x 9
105 x 7

Incline DB Press:
60 x 14
70 x 10
85 x 10

Machine Flyes:
160 x 18
190 x 14
220 x 13

Did a couple of sets of seated tricep extensions, but I felt this weird popping feeling by my elbow, so I backed off. Did one set of v-grip pushdowns, dont remember reps or weight though. Maybe 160 for 20 reps or something like that

20 minutes cardio was all I had time for before they closed. Gonna go for a run later.
 

Seriously, I can't wait for the tailgate against Ohio gay fucking state next weekend. Going to just walk around in full douche bag mode, no shirt and all. Just walking with a smile that looks like "you mirin my aesthetics brah" Might even have to hit arms before the game too, you never know. LMAO

legs? if I was doing legs, Id be doing leg curls to hit the hams.
work load was light on volume because I only had about an hour at the gym to lift and do some cardio. It was still a killer session because I didnt have much rest time.
