This is how all my journals are. I like to mix it up and really interact with people. Usually my journals are like a total of 4 pages worth of workouts and 50 pages worth of talking lol. Over on MD they almost changed my training journal name to "the training journal lounge" haha.
I hate stale journals that just have numbers and nothing else. You can go to anyones journal if you just want to read numbers, but to me that gets boring. Plus, a good journal could sway the votes if its close
taking a break from the gym today and tomorrow since its closed. Keeping my diet in check of course, but nothing else to report.
