Dbol has really kicked in strength is up 30lbs from previous week!:clapping: Could have went even heaver on shoulder presses, but dont want to jump to quick, do to possible injury. Have had a broke color bone from motorcycles, so even though the gear is allowing me to go way up in weight, want to make sure I dont end up with a shoulder injury.

Very pleased with gear, and is G2G!!! Weight now seems to be on a climb!, pushing 178lbs am today, normally at 172lbs so up 6 lbs! Still seem to be pretty lean, so i am keeping an eye on that! Wife lets me know if I seem to be increasing BF! Instead of cardio my plan is just to take care of the old lady 2x a day!:ohyeah:More fun than running!!! Damm got to love this GEAR!! Thanks Uncle Z... Wife says the same thing!!!:winkfinger:

I feel like I am on track for where I will want to be at the end of competation! :owned:

You may be right I am a freakin an animal on this shit!!! i have never lifted this heavy on shoulders!! it just keeps climbing as well! I cannot imagine what week 4 and 5 will be like!!!:ohyeah:

I like strong gear. Nothing pisses me off more than wasting 4-5 weeks on some gear and realizing its weak. This EP hit right away and is very good.

We Texas boys know how to grill, and smoke our food, Ill try and get some pictures up soon, haha Custom built trailer smoker, 40 racks of ribs, and 30 briskets is our record at once so far... lol
