Cut back Deca to 400mg per week, test 1g, winny 60mg Ed plus peps ! Started running 1 mile 3 times a week cut carbs back increased protien! Let's see what happens!

Still been killing at the gym has been real crazy around the house! The vascaularaty is insane in my upper body and legs!!! Still have some BF around mid section working on it for sure! have not been eatting as clean as i would like!!!! The mast i have started using I LOVE!!!!!!!! Also started HGH low dose 4iu ed, since my wife also uses it she is GREDDY!!! I dont complain though since I get what i want and she only complains of my snoring! Its been really bad the last month ready to come off cycle and just cruise on Test 300 mg and HGH.

Will post my final pics in another 4 weeks I need to step up the cardio to trim the rest of the BF. Still at 190lbs have increased my AI as well.

It seems to be working good I need to step up cardio like OD was saying and clean up diet buy seem to be harding up nicely. Still at 190lbs and I dont think I am holding much water since I am taking a good AI and have been of Deca a couple of weeks now.

On a short break had some dental surgery so full of pain killers and can't eat hardely shit!!! Not fun times for sure!!!! Still on cycle but taking a good week off until I heal up before going back to gym.

Thats the plan! Since i have not at solid food in a few days and drinking a shit load of protien sure am sliming up! LOL Not the way I want to of course! Hope the HGH also helps in the healing process.
 
Vaness, a few post above this u outlined your arm workout which also included a set of deadlifts. my question is do u begin that particular arm day with the deadlifts? i think u should if u are not because working the legs/glutes before a smaller body part will increase your testosterone , and will also recruit and warm up smaller arm fibers/stabilizers. i'd do the deadlifts first and after each set do a set of pullups., then do the arms routine.

I do throw in deadlift some days on arms day just to change things up, but not all the time.
 
HGH will help with healing if your bride doesn't steal all of it:eek: !!-OD
