Vaness, a few post above this u outlined your arm workout which also included a set of deadlifts. my question is do u begin that particular arm day with the deadlifts? i think u should if u are not because working the legs/glutes before a smaller body part will increase your testosterone , and will also recruit and warm up smaller arm fibers/stabilizers. i'd do the deadlifts first and after each set do a set of pullups., then do the arms routine.
