One thing I noticed my weight is the same, but I am dropping BF very quickly even with over 4,000 cal a day! I am switching gears now and listing to what my body wants and going from their! It never fails me taking that route. The Z Gear is nothing to fuck around with for sure!!! G2G for sure and VERY STRONG!!!
BP still feels a little high, will go in a few to check it to see where I am at. I had a nose bleed when I got up and maybe it was the fan and just dryed me out, so want to check BP to make sure.
