Last night was my day off hitting it tonight!! Going to kill Deadlift, Back and Arms!!! No fuckin around!!! 5 days on gear and I am rockin!!:ohyeah:

Well its am time had protien drink, ready to blast back and arms tonight!!! Think instead of splitting dose today will take 40mg 2 hours before workout! 5 days on the D and I can feel it big time!!!

Can't wait to see what my lifts are like tonight!!!!!:ohyeah:
One thing I noticed my weight is the same, but I am dropping BF very quickly even with over 4,000 cal a day! I am switching gears now and listing to what my body wants and going from their! It never fails me taking that route. The Z Gear is nothing to fuck around with for sure!!! G2G for sure and VERY STRONG!!!:winkfinger:

BP still feels a little high, will go in a few to check it to see where I am at. I had a nose bleed when I got up and maybe it was the fan and just dryed me out, so want to check BP to make sure.

Feel really amped up right now!!! Pen from yesterday a little sore, but not much, still no redness around injection site. Small bump, but not un-common!

Look for a brutal workout posted tonight when I get back from Gym!! Lets fuckin ROCK-ROLLL!!:bash:
 
id take the dbol like 45 to and hr before you lift. you can feel it kick in right around there

if there is any doubt about how good Uncle Z Dbol is there you go!! This at low dosages of 40mg ed! I cannot imagine what it would be like on some of the dosages I hear people taking. Then again its not Zdol, so if it half the dosage(under dosed) you would need 100mg ed just to get the same dose I am currently getting!:winkfinger:

Once Blood levels, level out BP will go down some!

My Bp normally is around 110/78

I am taking the Advance Cycle support now 3 pills a day. Also an asprin each day to think blood to help reduce BP as well. Will keep an eye on it for sure, The good thing like I posted earlier Z Gear is the real deal!! Not under dosed like some!:ohyeah:
 
Just so everyone knows, my meals for the day are planned out. Not a lot of change, but one thing I am trying to do is cut ALL CARBS out after 6.00pm!
