6am shake 50gm P

6:30am 1 cup cooked oats tsp brown sugar/and 2cups coffee

10am pb sandwich

12pm tritip sandwich corn chips

2pm 6oz strawberry yogurt

4:15pm tbs extra crunchy pb sandwich Pre WO,

6pm PWO carb/protein shake 50gm P 57gm C

7pm whole wheat pasta whit mixture of red sauce and Alfredo ground Turkey yellow squash and kale cup of cranberry juice

9:30 befor bed shake

1gal water through out the day

ya i know it sucked today, usually is better lol...

Notes: I had good energy tonight so i went pretty big, My right shoulder was popping so i think im going to cut out behind the neck for a while, i had that problem before and didn't bother me just that the guy next to me can hear it pop every rep lol...
 
PWO: 3/4lb beef paddy, baked potato, 3-4 big tbs of cottage cheese, 1 cup of rice pilaf, 2cups 2%milk

And I'm about to down a 50gm protein shake with a tbs of pb in it...night IM:winkfinger:
 
Whats up Chucky? Workout looks great but you probably dont need that much volume for your traps if you want to save time. Just a suggestion is to do more Face Pulls and Lateral Raises. If you google Jim Wendler you can see he has huge traps and doesnt really do shrugs but does alot of Face Pulls. Just a suggestion bro.

Today I feel great, yesterday i started really feeling the d-dol, I'm starting to get crazy back pumps at work and big pumps just swinging a hammer and moving lumber. I think the oil is creeping up also- if it hasn't already, I don't feel 100% ON yet but every day I notice it getting better, strength is climbing every work out, body weight is climbing (up 6 lbs) appetite is up, libido is going up (not walking around with raging wood yet lol..) but it will come haha.... I look a lot leaner but weigh more according to the wife except my face, I got that bloated face look lol... There is no doubt that DOM EP is GTG Thanks Uncle Z.

I got arm's tonight, so I'll let you all know how it went.
