ha ha the ONLY way you should squat is ATG. If you had bad knees learn to work around it.
I just go lighter when my knees act up. I have worked around various injuries for almost 5 years now. I think I'm an expert at it. LOL!

bad knees and lower back from football and fighting, i really have to avoid them with heavy weight anyways , i know it sucks but once the back goes its not pretty. i have started working the core muscle more and it has been help alot.
