Not much has changed since last week i need a spotter to really push it. Its ok though i still got a killer work out anyways.
damn sure can push that big weight! nice boss
sometimes its good to not have a spot...mentally you know you can do the weight ya know? but i usually like to have a spot to get some forced reps in there
