Not much has changed since last week i need a spotter to really push it. Its ok though i still got a killer work out anyways.

sometimes its good to not have a spot...mentally you know you can do the weight ya know? but i usually like to have a spot to get some forced reps in there

ya but its really embarrassing to get stuck with all that weight on your chest lol, its only happened once and people acted like i had a car on top of me and 5 people came running up, that sucked :loser2:
 
Nice lifts bro!! Very impressive and the pics are looking good! Nice progress for sure!!! 315lb bench is awesome! Some day!! I normally dont have a spoter either so I use DB that way I can go to failure and no one has to rescue me!! LOL

tatoo is bad ass! Then you know the deal!! Keep killing it bro! Now we are on week 4 the fun really starts!
