Hahahah thats some funny shit ^^ Anyways I missed my leg work out because I promised my son Id take him to the fair, it only comes once a year so we did that. Affter a bunch of corndogs and fair food I couldent get my self to blast legsso Ill do them tomorrow because every body dose fukn chest on Monday at my gym, so thats why I do chest Sunday. Ill keep you guys posted. I feel strong so Im excited to see what my chest work out looks like...
