i don't have a steady diet, some days ill get all my meals in and some days i don't, or eating times get all wacked do to my job (construction)... its up and down bro, on my days off i get a solid 6-7 meals, i try to get 4000-4500 clean cals a day and a gallon and a half of water a day ect. i don't have a prob with eating its just hard to find the time to eat all day lol... but im gaining mass and im happy with how things are going for now.

Affter a bunch of corndogs and fair food I couldent get my self to blast legs:barf: so Ill do them tomorrow because every body dose fukn chest on Monday at my gym, so thats why I do chest Sunday. Ill keep you guys posted. I feel strong so Im excited to see what my chest work out looks like...
