personally, I think you should focus more on cardio. forget doing arms on their own day, theyre already big enough, and overpower the rest of your body. you should use that day for cardio instead.

went to another side of my gym that sucks, not much equipment, mostly cardio and abs stuff so i didn't get a good very good work out, i hate squating with the smith machine, and there is no calve machines over there so ill do them on monday with cardio and abs...
