Going to blast legs today after daughters softball game! In town all next week so will double up on a few body parts!!!

Biggest gains are my legs for sure! Have grown everywhere but my legs are by far the biggest change! I think out of the extra 14lbs, 10 went into my legs! LOL

getting ready to go BLAST ARMS and BACK!! Just did morning Pin, smooth as silk!!:clapping:

Feel good today going to start with arms first instead of back to switch things up a little.
 
hitting arms first will really bring down the weights on your back movements. may be a good thing though, as it will force you to focus more on form.

Thanks bro!! Especially when I hit 190 and I am more ripped than in these pics!!! Yea I know most people hold water while on cycle, but that has never been the case for me!! Crushed abs today as well as arms and back!!

With pics posted I have to keep stepping it up!!! Just loaded up on more weight gainer and some other sups, 200.00! Damm that shit ads up!!!!! Brad you will see the 190!!!

Worked on form more than how much weight I pushed. Hitting Arms first made a big difference on back for sure! Great pump and work out!

Also 8 sets of abs, various exercises from leg lifts, crunches, and weighted. Heavy wanted to see ABS he will see ABS! :owned:
