Changed up my chest day some have been focusing on real Heavy lifts, but not getting the reps that I like to grow. As several people have pointed out the contest is about transformation, not how much you left etc... Concentrate now on leaning out any extra BF and contiue to put on LM!!![]()

Let me see if I can figure it out! hell i am just figuring out the pics! LOL!!! Legs are nothing compared to you bro, but for me I am VERY HAPPY!!!it would be sick if you could post up a video of your 465 squats, that's pretty fuckin' heavy
hitting arms first will really bring down the weights on your back movements. may be a good thing though, as it will force you to focus more on form.

Biggest gains are my legs for sure! Have grown everywhere but my legs are by far the biggest change! I think out of the extra 14lbs, 10 went into my legs! LOL
