Today I was reading The New Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding and I've learnt a few new things as in training like a cardio session so fast and quick and to do reps on your 75%.
I'd upload and post a link if enough people would like it as it's a great book to read in sports, bodybuilding, fitness anything and I'm gonna buy it it's worth it 100% I'm only 3 chapters in.

:roflmao:

What the fuck does that say????

Are you referring to Arnold's Encyclopedia of bodybuilding? Yeah, that's a great text, has all sorts of useful pictures on how to do exercises and basic training methods. In my opinion, you know 95% of what you need to know about training if you've read that and "Starting Strength" by Mark Rippetoe.

Did you mean Arnold's Encyclopedia or Robert Kennedy's MuscleMag International Encyclopedia?
