Depends on what I eat before bed, I usually feel much more full when I get more sleep.
Also, I notice that the less sleep I get, the more water I shed while asleep, making the muscles a little more defined, possibly "bigger" in appearance
I think youre delusional from lack of sleep is all. You'll be a Not Big once you get a nap and come to your senses again.
Never heard of someone getting a pump from sleep. You sure we aren't talking about morning wood here?
