I would like to thank Uncle Z for providing me with the best quality products possible. THIS WILL BE A 20 WEEK CYCLE ALL UNCLE Z PRODUCTS!!!

Starting Stats:
Height: 5'9 ft
Weight: 182 lbs
Body Fat: 12-15%

Previous cycle history:
Have ran several cycles and longest cycle has been 12 weeks.
Goals:
To had as much MASS as posible in 20 weeks and still keeping it LM and not to add any BF that I currently have. I want to hit 200Lbs this cycle and have NEVER weighed more than 190 lbs in my life. I also want to provide useful information on diet, training, and products from Uncle Z. All starting pictures are cold not pumped and did not try to make pictures look bad! LOl. Since i am not competing against anyone I want to show what I look like at my best now and what I will look like in 20 weeks!

I might consider dropping dbol from 10-13 then if I were you. 10-11 Weeks of orals might be pushing it. But that's up to you, you know your own body better.

Shit anything over 600mg a week makes me feel Like ass. I think you could probably get away with running a lower dose of test and just the deca and d ball. Anyways I look forward to following.

I appreciate the advice bro I cruise on 300mg ew year around while off cycle. I normaly run 600 to 800mg ew on cycle. Have several cycles under me. The reason I am going up to 1G the last 8 weeks is it is a LONG cycle and figure I might need the extra dose. Depending on how my body is and if I am stalling out will depend if I bump it. I am running the Deca pretty high at 600mg and i typically like a 2/1 ratio. The winny the last 6 weeks is to help reduce the water retenion or at least that is the plan.

Like you know anything is subject to change by sides, etc during the cycle.

OVERALL GREAT WORK OUT ALREADY FEELING THE DBOL KICKING IN I HAVE BEEN SPLITTING (3) BEFORE WORK OUT AND THEN (2) LATTER.

SEEMS TO BE WORKING FINE DRINKING 1 GALLON OF WATER A DAY TO START WITH.

As some of you may know last cycle i had a hard time gaining weight and was taking in around 5,000 cal a day. my thought is for the first 6 to 8 weeks i am just going to eat everything in site not get too caught up on what i eat.
 
how deep do you go in hack squats? I find that if I put less weight on but go all the way down until the machine doesn't let me go lower, it destroys my quads. However I dont recommend trying that if you have knee problems.

Untill the machine would not let me go any lowe and yes I have some knee issues the machine does not bother it though. My legs lack for sure and I am going to try to start trainng them 2 x a week, but depends on travel schedule.
 
No workout today just eatting big!! Traveling the next couple of days so enjoying a few days off may hit some abs while I am gone. Will start back on Thursday night with shoulders and Traps.

Well just did my second pin! Damm the issue is I barley have enough room. 3 cc injections! No pain and was very smooth, no redness around injection site! I have some Test P from Z that i have not added to cycle, but might throw in for a pre-workout boost on top of Dbol? Any thoughts?

3cc's damn bro, where ya pinning it? I dont think Prop will give a real kick in the ass like Suspension will but you can try it. I have been taking my Dbol about an hour before I train with 200mg of caffiene. I feel strong and focused as fuck in the gym......:teeth:. Keep up the good work brother.:clapping:
