Best Routine For Lat Size & Development....?

Rrverse grip bent over rows, wide gtip pull downs with full stretch, seated v handle rows with full extension and contraction. Short reps dont work for lats. Look at any guy with huge wings and they stretch the fuck out on yhe negative.

thx bro, yeah i just have high lat insertions so really trying to make them fucking pop and gain some length..
 
Thatd where the stretch comes in. I see thesw guys doing seated rows where there back stays at 90deg. Wtf is that doing lol!?? You gotta feel it almost in your hips. If its too heavy dont worry lighten up the weights. Ill do a vid tomorow and post it up might help:winkfinger:

I know what you mean...with seated rows I have good posture and I'm almost at a 45 degree angle back and bring my elbows followed by my hand to about my hips and I can really feel it working that lower part of the lats and bent over DB rows I get that good stretch and bring the weight up to about my hip as well...feelsgoodman.
 
Another thing that helps is learning how to hit a lat spread front and rear. Once you can flex the lats at will you can focus on them during your movements. Its a huge advantage over a guy that just goes through the motions

yeah I've never flexed my lats really before and since doing so and developing a lat awareness, so to speak, I can definitely feel like I can isolate them better thx a bunch bro, appreciate the help
 
Inject Deca directly into the lats it is documented that Deca has site enhancing properties. Problem solved. Just put 2-3 cc into each lat once or twice a wk.

This is the worse advise ever. Typical supplement junky response (no offense). "No need to work hard and target your muscle, just take a pill or inject into it!"

Work your damn muscles, don't always look for a magic solution (there are none!).

My advice, take it with a grain of salt because I am lacking in lat development as well, is weighted pull ups (or chin-ups), barbell rows, and lat pull-overs

exactly..injecting steroids into a muscle will not make that muscle bigger it will cause local infection or inflamation making you think it is site enhancing.
 
No one said deadlifts? I've recently just started them and my backs feeling better then ever. Rep range I start around 10 and drop down to around 2 - 3 for my last set with heavier weight

A great question was asked by ******** about site injections and I would like to discuss further what I have researched and learned over the last few years. Site injections happen with pretty much all AAS in some sort of fashion. In a scale of 1 to 10 it can be from 1 to 10 depending on the compound and whether it is esterified and if so how long of an ester is attached. Typically the shorter acting the compound the more "likelihood" that it will have site enhancing properties. And then there are certain compounds that just on their own have been known or shown to have site enhancing properties. Test suspension and winstrol are two that i have seen with great results. But during my research with Schering, there was no question that nandrolone as a whole even though not being "short" acting by any means had significant site enhancing properties. I do have to say that we never researched for this purpose in any human subjects. However, in many animal studies injecting nandrolone compounds particularly NPP, there was definite site growth and it was not inflammation but actually hypertrophy of the muscle fibers that was very significant.

Now that being said. I never said there should not be extensive exercise in addition to Site injects I just assumed that was a given fact. Who would just do site injection and sit home and wait for their muscles to get bigger??

I got it from another MB and they have a Dr. that has been in the steroid research field for many many years. Maybe you could send me a pm and I could point you in the right direction. It is always helpful to have a Dr. answer questions and that is what he does. Everyone post questions and then he will send a response to all the questions broken up. You can ask him anything and he will give his honest opinion.
 
A trick that I learned from a pro. Barbell bent over rows with your head leaning on the top of an incline bench. It really locks you into position while bent over. Pull to your belly button. I had to swallow my ego and back way the fuck off on the weight. But, I will tell you that I cut the weight down by over half and my lats were actually more sore and I was really able to concentrate on the proper form.

sounds good, will give it a go...think I just need to really focus up more on form and concentrating on getting the best contraction I can. Been doing it for the past couple weeks and really feel good.

this is not true dude, i don't know about your dr. but steroids will not cause any site enhancement except by inflamation or sometimes some of the oil solution containing the steroids stays in the muscle acting like synthol. Some have claimed that the site of injection will be affected slightly more than the rest of the body but it is all claims. testosterone is absorbed in blood stream and as it binds with androgen receptors in different cells of the body it causes its effect. If it binds to receptors in muscles it causes them to get bigger, if it binds to receptors in the brain it causes aggressiveness etc.. so it binds where the receptors are and they might not be at all at the site of injection!
they also have to be absorbed by the blood stream first.

it's all good bro, not taking any steroids was just wondering about lat development with different exercises.
 
In addition to the right lifts, you need to really feel your last to make them pop. Flex and pop them throughout the day.
