Hang in there. I am on the same track as you, it does get easier. I don't get hungry too often anymore.

Force some water in you when first out of bed. Room temp is fine. 16 oz if you can.

Four eggs scrambled with a cup of veggies, (broccoli, califlower, lima beans) flavored with taco sauce. I do this at night for my final meal(six eggs).

5oz. london broil with some brown rice flavored with taco sauce.

40 g's protien shake with 1/2 cup blueberries. put in enough ice to make it be 24 oz of liquid or better. yum and filling.

h2o will help with the hunger.:shooter:

I am a big fan of the sinorslim recipes, they're awesome. Google keto recipes and you'll get a plethora of blogs and ish.

i mix some fiber with mio or crystal light and drink between meals

Hardboiled eggs, avacado, cheese, almonds

You're hungry all the time because you're restricted to 1675 calories per day. How many meals are you eating? The reason I ask is because we are all different and some of us do much better eating fewer meals that are higher in calories rather than eating many little bird meals throughout the day. I (as well as many others) do better eating just two times a day! In fact, studies on low meal frequency, where food intake is restricted to about every 5 hours, show that our DNA function is better preserved and leads to higher amounts of the fat crushing, muscle building hormones glucagon, testosterone and hGH. Plus fewer meals will result in higher calorie meals that will keep you fuller longer.

Perhaps you haven't actually entered keto yet. Go with even less carbs until you enter keto. Once you're in keto, your hunger should pretty much vanish.

I was thinking about this too...30 or 40 grams of carbs is just enough for me to start catching the heebeegeebees. I have to go salad and chicken, salad and chicken, steak and salad etc.

And yes this! Get your calories around the times you think you're the hungriest. You don't have to eat breakfast or any other specific time or day and don't be afraid to eat right before bed. Just get it in.

LETTUCE! It takes up volume in your stomach and helps you get full and stay full longer. Also, it won't throw you out of keto. It usually takes a couple of weeks for your body to adjust to ketosis. Hang in there!
