Be careful if you decide to jump on Hawthorne berry, I think it raises bp before it starts helping. Pretty sure I remember reading that...
im not adding salt to anything. and also doing 40 min cardio every morning. the only thing i can contribute to it is the 80mg on tbol
Make sure your checking it with a larger bp cuff and not a normal size one or walmart. My doc kept worrying about mine until he got a larger size one and it showed what my actual bp was, 30 points lower and pretty damn normal.
I too had a spike in bp and was running dbol. Your symptoms sound similar to mine, and like XYZ said drop it bro. Imagine running 80mgs of dbol unknowingly could really jack you up bubba. I'm also running micardis<<bp>> med to assist with keeping bp at healthy levels.
Have you ever ran dbol before? Reason I ask is due feel different on this "tbol" than past tbol taken or does it feel similar to a past dbol run? Can help hopefully by the similarities felt running the two different compounds in the past.
Drop the Tbol to 50mgs max, if your tbol is high quality you should see plenty of gains off that!! I ran the exact cycle your running on my last cycle and had awesome results bro!! This cycle im running dbol since my source is out of tbol and I didnt want to risk getting it somewhere else and it being cheap quality, I know you got your diet on point bro, so I think you need to drop the tbol dosage!
Do you look like puffy juiced out? If so all those AAS you are on is causing water rentention which will increase BP quite a bit. A good way to test for that is too measure fluids in and fluids out literally ml by ml to see if your are negative or positive. positive meaning your are holding on to the water. if that is the case the doc might prescribe you a dieurtic to help you excetre the excess fluid which drop your BP, however your electrolytes would be off, so he would have to monitor you closely. It could also be of the steriods your are taking are stimulating the adrenal gland in your body to secrete more angiotensin I than normal. angiotenion I converts to angiotension II and i believe it casues contriction of blood vessells to increase Blood Pressure. Other thoughts are you stresseed out because the adrenal glands aslo secrete Epipineprine and Norepipinepre which are both vasocontrictors which can also contriubute to you in crease in bloood pressure. In addittion, steriods also make you produce more Red Blood Cells. That increase in blood cells can raise your BP and put you at risk for a clot aka Heart attack , stroke, pulmonary embolism. so be very careful!!
thanks for the info, i dropped tbol and eca and will give it till monday to clear and see how my bp and hr then.
