I think it would be interesting to find out the reasons why some people train/ experiences how people started.
General fitness?
For a sport?
Anything else?
My funny reason for starting was that I always wanted to feel what it was like to have pecs and abs when I was about 12-13, I'd do press up's and sit up's every morning, afternoon and night until I was bought a machine bench press and a lat pulldown mixed in one piece of equipment, of which I'd again do morning, afternoon and night
. Around that I got bullied a lot though so that was the reason I wanted to get much bigger than everyone else so I wouldn't get shit any more; but now I guess I've just gained a healthy obsession
