My hands look like a baby's LOL. People point it out a lot of the time after shaking me hand, and today a friend just looked at my hand hanging at my side and was like holy shit your hands look like they're gonna explode. It's not as bad if I don't carb up.

Mine got bad too, it freaked me out at first, now I know it's just something to deal with.
 
Interestingly, I've never had CTS symptoms. I typically run 5 iu's a day. I do get a fair amount of ankle edema though.

Interesting that you say that, bro. I typically run a very low carb diet. The only time I use carbs is immediately before and during training. Maybe that's a reason that I've not had any CTS problems?

you're lucky. my cts really effects my training because i lose grip strength and hands go numb when holding db's. For mountaineering, this is a bad thing, I have to carry an ice axe for 12 hours sometimes. If you fall on a steep icy slope, your grip is all you have to save you from falling off a 1,000 ft cliff.

The mountains I climb have snow/ice all year and couldn't be climbed without it.
 
Ex if you could when you get time could you list the benefit's and sides of HGH along with the dosing and time frame?
 
Thanks for getting both serum GH and IGF tested. GH is very high, however IGF is only slightly out of range, indicating that people definitely should not be looking at IGF only to determine the quality of their GH!

By the way..you're looking healthy like a boss! I haven't had HDL like that since I started gear.


why wouldn't his IGF-1 level be higher than it was? Mine is higher than that naturally. Just curious.

I do quite a bit of cardio. Cardio strongly suppresses IGF-1 level. Some speculate that is one mechanism by which cardio prevents atherosclerosis and other diseases.
 
Is it just me or does anyone else only get the cts symptoms in one hand/arm prominently?

None, even at 15ius+.

I retain a lot of fluid and I can tell when I can't put my wedding band on.
