also, OP what do your lifts look like? years training? Specific pointers/information you would like to give me (regarding diet/training etc)?

but to the above; yeah no leg pics right now I know they measure 26" w/ 18" calves... I personally think they need a lot of work.

Well I've been training 3 years;

I feel like the number one thing that helps me is consistency; I never stop eating, never miss meals, never miss workouts.

If i could give you what I think is the key I would say it's a shitload of quality food and continually deriving better ways make the muscle actually work. A real key in my training is actually making the muscle you are targeting work and not just swinging weight around.

Good work. Try to keep working out. Around 23-24 I had to stop working out due to some "life" changes. Really wish I could roll back 10 years ago and kept working out.
 
Look good bro!! Hit the legs a few times, you'll be surprised at how quickly they respond. Especially in a good anabolic environment with plenty of calories. Don't be skeered :-)

Agreed great comment. It sucks I see guys doin Lat Pull down heaving their entire body around trying to pull the weight down, leaning all the way back and i just shake my head.

I didnt start developing lat muscles until i actually learned the proper way to pull down with the lats. Its all about the mind muscle connection.

Props bro! Im also 5'11" but im at 185lbs been training for 2 yrs, same as you always eating and hitting the gym, my goal is 200lbs and 7%bf and I think thats it for me.
