How those placebos working for you?

I could run through walls. The guy who sold em to me was right.

However, I found myself beating the living shit out of my girlfriend last night, and I think I can attribute that to the creatine?

regardless, bcaas which you get in alot of food any way e.g red meat, almonds, cashews, eggs, fish, chicken, chickpeas, lentils and liver (even tho you couldnt pay me all the tea in china to eat liver) are a waste of money save your money and buy some of the abouve..

and glutamine the KING of placebos, aint NOBODY get big or inshape of no damn glutamine. not now not tomoro not never..

creatine rage is no joke :coffee:

its up there with the INTENSE glutamine pumps... man sometimes when ive had ma bcaas and glutamine the pump hurts so bad i have to stop liftin..

taking a shit load of gear helps...remember nobody in the IFBB is natural, not now and not ever...

Mate im not stupid. Do you think dorian was taking 3x the amount of gear as his competitors because he trained 3x less on weights? Everyone is on but its not like he was taking way more than anyone else in his time and his method of training was clearly working better than anyone else. 3 x 1 hour sessions a week when everyone around him was doing 2 hours a day.

straight up its all about INTENSITY thats why every tom dick and harry at the gym train with the intensity of a goldfish and never seem to progress...

Absolutes about training in this sport are idiotic. ITS ALL ABOUT INTENSITY!!! ITS ALL ABOUT VOLUME!!! It's all about balance. You find what makes you grow/get stronger, and you carry on. After you find what it takes to make you better, you build your workout around it. You do the workout that gets you results, whether it is 30 minutes or 2 hours.

Good post.

you would be surprised at how some IFBB pro's train. Dorian was hardcore and was strong as an ox, many of them are not they just have the crazy genetic profiles that allow them to compete at that level. some of the are almost all gear and diet with not much strength (relative to muscle size) to show. even though there is no direct correlation with muscle size and strength. strength is a function of training.

LOL favorite part of the thread... But while funny he pretty much summed it all up... There are tons of scientific studies showing the 45-60min of training is the most effective... BUT if lower volume doesn't seem to yeild the best results for you but higher volume does or vice versa then i would stick with what you like... just be intense :)
