Currently preparing for the Northwest ( U.K ) .....
My preparation is going absolutely fabulous , except for one minor factor .....Midrif water retention, Now in no way is this excessive but I feel getting rid of this would set things off perfectly...
I'am currently on a Low carb diet consisting of mainly broccoli & turkey breast , My water intake is around the 7 litre mark , I'am also on testosterone propionate ,I'm doing around 2 hours cardio a day and one hours lifting work ...
Any-body got any tips on eliminating water retention ....Any help appreciated !:thinking:

You will only pull water the last week.... really in the last few days... maybe i'm not understanding what you're asking? Maybe put a picture up so someone can better see what you're talking about... the concern would be that there is still fat to lose.. not just water. I'll keep checking for updates.

took the words outta my mouth... you will be soft in that area til the last of the fat is gone... then when you do pull water the last week, you will get good and dry... if you are still soft there then you still have a little fat to lose..
 
Another thing to consider is your sodium intake. I recommend cutting your sodium beginning 14 days out. Don't go cold turkey and completely eliminate it cuz you run the risk of hyponatremia. Slowly taper your sodium intake down gradually so that the final 2 days prior to your show, your intake will be very restricted. You'll be peeing like a f'ing race horse. You'll have cuts you've never seen.
 
Once you drop the test and start sodium/water manipulation you should shed water really quickly. As long as your fatloss is on track I wouldn't stress about it
 
I would just like to "see" it "mid drift" water. When I've dieted down I've never been able to see fluid in one spot. On the entire physique that "film" if you will. But I feel like at 3 weeks out you should be close to stage condition everything hard lower abs in etc. not being a dick just be easier to help if we were all on the same page with you
