I'm posting this here because I'm on all QD gear from naps

I can not gain a single pound and it's really getting aggravating. I'm not implying the gear is bunk however I've ran the same exact cycle in the past with Geneza gear and have put on at least 5 lbs by this point.

I was pretty lean to start the cycle but my goal was to be shredded and add maybe 10-15lbs of lean muscle.

I've been on cycle since March 26th (I know that isnt very long but still) I'm planning on running this for 17 weeks. cycle consists of:
Sust 550 mg/week (for 17 weeks)
Tbol 60 mg/day (for 30 days)
Eq 600 mg/week (for 16 weeks)
Adex .25 mg eod
Hcg 500 iu e4d in 3 weeks on 3 weeks off increments

When I started my cycle I really really really cleaned up my diet. Taking in 2500 calories a day and 225g of protein per day. Diet is all whole grains, good fats, and lean meats. I've also been doing more cardio than I ever have before.

I lift really hard and hit the gym 6 days a week. I'm doing 5 sets of 5, 3-5 reps with as much weight as I can do. I'm on the push, pull, legs program.

So my question is... can I be losing fat at the same pace (weight wise) that I'm putting on muscle?? Like I said, I was pretty lean to begin with and didn't have much fat to lose. I'm guessing I was around 10-12% bf to start with. (wish I would have measured bf day 1 but it's too late now) I look more lean and I feel stronger. I've even gotten some people telling me I look jacked but that damn scale WILL NOT MOVE and it's really messing with my head.

Every time I jump on the scale before my workout and it stays the same it just pisses me off and makes me think the stuff is under dosed or something.

Idk what the deal is but I'm just fishing for some logical explanations for this I guess.

Someone help!! I should at least be putting on water weight or something shouldn't I?

I've never gotten blood work done before. If I do get it done, will my test levels be noticeably high (given the gear is good) even though I have no prior blood work to compare the results to?

Btw I'm 29 yrs old. Been lifting for years, and have over 10 cycles under my belt since I was about 22. I know my body and I know what to do and what not to do as far as diet and lifting goes. I'm not a rookie and I know something just isn't right. If I was on test E I would think maybe the long ester hasn't fully kicked in yet but I'm taking sust

Is your adex from a research company? With the way trends have been going.. it's hard to trust a lot of AI sources.. and if your estro is high.. it could definitely keep you from gaining.

My adex isn't Geneza but it's from naps. I had it left over from my last cycle. I think it was from one of the pharmacies on the site. Little white round pills. My nips are gtg tho. No sign of estrogen build up. I was thinking I might not even need the adex givin the low doses I'm taking and I was under the impression that adex would limit your gains if anything especially if I took too much so I was thinking about dropping it. Not a good idea??

Foreman, I know your a Mod here but keep your references to other sponsors out of our section. Naps pays for this section, show them some respect.

How much do you weigh brother? Cuz I know for me 2500 calories isn't going to pack on the pounds. It seems like, from what you posted, that you're stronger, leaner and getting compliments on your size. To me it sounds like the cycle is going pretty well.

Hey maybe layoff the cardio? at 2500 calories a day if your doing cardio around the same time as your weight training maybe your eating some muscle?I would imagine unless your 140lbs 2500 calories combined with the weights and the cardio might have at or below just maintaining your current weight .The drugs as you know are not magic.. By the way I hate already lean guys who do cardio... don't mind me I'm fat and cranky.. Good luck eat more!

Im 5'11" 192. Im naturally a bean pole so i have to work twice as hard to put on a pound (which i do).

I'm only doing cardio twice per week at about 15 min per session as opposed to never like I've done the last 9 years. I just thought if I added just a little bit of cardio and ate very clean that my abs would show more. I already had a 6 pack but I wanted them more defined. The ladies like it that way lol. I know 2500 calories isn't much but with that much protein and lifting as hard as I do I figured I could put on some size and get leaner with the help of AAS.

Im just bitching cuz I'm comparing this to other cycles I've done in the past and I've ALWAYS put on weight by this point. I also ate about 3000 cals per day and didn't do cardio on previous cycles.

I know it sounds like I'm answering my own question here but I just figured I would have put on at least a few pounds by now. That fuckin scale is stuck at 192 though and in my head I'm thinking I'm workin my ass off and suffering at the dinner table eating the same healthy shit everyday with out any results. God damnit I just want to get bigger and get leaner at the same time!! Is that too much to ask?? Lol. Any suggestions on diet to make this happen??

I guess I could just be burning fat and adding muscle at the same time so it's not showing up on the scale but I didn't have that much fat to lose to begin with. Just wanted to lose maybe 2%

So should I eat more protein and up my cals to around 3000 and keep the cardio the same?? Would that put on weight and take some fat off?? And more importantly... Would that make that damn scale at the gym move??

Blood work and more calories. Sounds like low calories for your height/weight plus cardio.

If bloods come back high (which means the gear is good) then you need to up the calories, simple as that.

2500 calories? An you wonder why you arent gaining weight? No disrespect but that isnt going to get you anywhere

Casey, gaining weight/mass is all about being in a caloric surplus. You've said you have a naturally thin build already, meaning your have a pretty high metabolism. It has zero to do with the gear in your case, it is all calories.

My suggestion is to bump your calories to 3500 per day, and try to get 275-300g of protein in your diet. 300g of protein give you 1200 calories, you have 1300 to dedicate to clean carb sources and good fats. In your case you can even indulge a few times a week in cheat meals.

If two weeks after starting this the weight fluctuation you seek isn't there, go to 3750 or 400 calories.

It's simply calories in versus calories out for you.

Thanks for all your input.

Eating 5000 calories a day isn't gonna make my abs come in like I want them to. I guess I'm trying to accomplish something that isn't possible. Thin is in, and I'm really wanting the summer abs ya kno? I guess I'm gonna up my cals to 3000 and raise my protein 75 grams per day to 300 like anabolic said.

If I can get leaner and not lose any weight I guess that's fine with me. Like I said I look better than when I started and the only thing that was getting to me was the number on the scale. In all actuality that number shouldn't matter as long as I am getting results.

Btw I know the gear is good. I almost ripped some d-bag out of his car the other day for cutting me off and then flicking me off lol. I wouldn't have done that off cycle. Haha.

5150, if I had 300 grams of protein a day id be on the pot all day!LOL

500g and above is like magic. Great things start to happen there!

OP, listen to these people. You need to seriously step up the food intake. I'd get at least 2g/lb. protein (400g in your case), and plenty of carbs, good fats and lots of veggies. Start journaling everything you eat and count all the cals and macros too. Make goals and when you hit them, make new, higher goals.

If you don't want to do all that and you are so concerned about your abs, then enjoy being skinny.

For what you're expecting, I can only suggest one thing......

TREN!!!! and lots of it!!!!

You want to get bigger, stronger, leaner, with them abs popping out? Tren it up!!

Your body gets used to it, it is unpleasant at first. But fuck Bro, try eating 600g a day. Shakes become your best friend!

I actually had over 300g yesterday so I guess I just didn't pay attention! I used to get the #2 very often with a lot of protein, guess my body isn't such a puss anymore.

Get some ghrp6 if you can't eat enough... I always have some in the fridge. Just in case my appetite dies on me, nothing mAkes me more hungry(other then the smell of cinnibon in a airport)Which seems to happen almost every cycle around the tenth week.

yes you can .. everyone reacts different to gear and diet plays a huge part, no matter what gear you use, you can cut bodyfat with proper diet and excercise..Start measuring your bodyfat pre-cycles from now on.

I actually had over 300g yesterday so I guess I just didn't pay attention! I used to get the #2 very often with a lot of protein, guess my body isn't such a puss anymore.

Your body adapts pretty quick, just introduce the increased protein slowly, 50g every 3-4 days even a week. Soon you'll be at 400+, protein is good!!

Nicely said here. Bro you have students of the game reaching out to you here. Screw the abs for a while and worry about bulking, then when you have sized up, carb cycle toward the tail end and you see your abs in a whole new level than before. As BMW said if your worried about your abs always being seen, then you stay small and be pissed off due to the amount of money you wasted in gear my brother!
