I will be starting a cycle with xxxxx sustanon250. This will be my first time and i have question on using the sust. It comes in the "ketchup packets". Should I draw it all out at once and use the 500mg/wk. OR should i just draw the 250mg on the days I'll be using it??? I'll be on for 12 weeks using clomid as pct and aromasin as AE. Need some help!!!

for those packets, the easiest way to do it is to push a clean needle(attached to a 6ml syringe) through one corner(top) and aim it down to bottom corner(holding packet diagonally(corner up, corner down).. then draw all oil out at once... if you have the needle to the very bottom of the bottom corner, you will get 99% of the oil out... then, transfer that oil to a sterile vial... don't leave it in the syringe... it will eat into the plunger and you could be injsecting 'melted' rubber into yourself with the test...

Just put some duct tape over the holes that you puncture when you pull it out for each shot. You'll be just fine.

Duct tape does work. You could also just reseal it with the band-aid that you are using after you inject. If you inject every other day, just pull of the used band-aid, draw your oil then cover the hole in the ketchup packet with the used band-aid.
