Hello,
I have been browsing for a while trying to learn as much as possible.
And I have put this together, is it any good?
There is not as much info for women with this kind of thing.
So is this a good cycle?
Wk1-8 10mg Anavar ed

Or?

Wk1-10 5mg Anavar ed

Do I take stuff after, like men?

Thank you

I would love to see some before and after pics to maybe coax my wife to do an anavar cycle after a few babies....

Just because I have to - don't "coax" your wife to run a steroid cycle. SHE needs to already have the basics in place - like a solid and already productive diet & training program. Throwing a shitload of male hormones into her system after she's had a kid and her own hormones haven't settled yet, and particularly if she hasn't already done a lot of her own research, is really just begging for a big fat hormonal mess.

Just sayin.

I've always wondered, do women experience any type of post cycle "crash" like men do, even though you don't need to pct? Or is it pretty much a smooth transition from cycle back to natural training?

As for OP I would start @ 5mg and up to 10mg after a few weeks. OR start @ ten and maybe run it shorter. I've heard for women the amount of time spent ON is super important when it comes to masculinizing side effects. Since you don't pct I'd assume you could just take a month or two off and start back up again? If you ran 10mg for 4 weeks, break for 6 weeks, and then back to 10mg for another 4 would that help in preventing permanent sides?

Also just for my own curiosity, I've heard even var will raise a woman's libido, is that true? No girl in mind at the moment but I wouldn't be against the idea of my future wife or something running a cycle, and the idea of sex between two people jacked up on male hormones piques my curiosity...

Wife is currently running 10 mgs of Anavar ED for 6 wks and 100 mgs primo for 8 wks. ( first time stacked) 3rd cycle over the last 2 1/2 years. 10-15 days in she'll experience mood swings which generally subside, until she comes off then they seem to come again. Other sides include a deeper tone in her voice ( which does subside but there is permanent chane that has taken place) lol she used to have that HIGH pitched girlie voice so it's not a change were overly concerned with as its slight but we do pay close attention to it. Also Clitoris swelling/ enlargement when she's on.
Her sex drive/ needs :) increases pretty dramatically. But again when she comes off they drop below her normal desire.
She has beautiful smooth tight skin with no acne problems, but again when she's on little blimishes appear on her chin.
Just sharing our experiences

Man, with the sides your talking about sound like when my girl was on winny. She does 10mg ed of var and loves it. The only thing diff with her is extreme orgasms, but nothing is enlarged, a little moody at beginning of cycle but we do clash some cause of her var and I am tren happy also, and her strength goes through the roof. She has never had any brake outs or blemishes. She norm does 6wk on 6 to 8 off just to give her self a break. She will also throw some clen is at 40mcg ed about 30min before cardio. She cant go over 40 or she is jittery as shit. clen 2wks on 2 wks off for whole cycle.

Women dont need to worry about PCT, definitely check out the link Rage Racing posted. What are your stats?

Thank you for your help.
There is soo much on PCT for men that I was wondering about it. And I took a quick look in the link I am going to study it well.
A lot of good info.
Stats: 5’5” 120lb bf% not sure, like 12%... No fat hanging anywhere but not a toothpick ether.
Slim and curvy body type (no I’m not posting pic’s).
Working out off and on for 4 years now.
About 1 year now on the reg.

Looking into possibly adding Clen also with the Anavar in the future.

Recommendation is to run it longer cycles than shorter. One thing is its a lot of up & down on hormone flux. Var & Winny take 2 weeks to get going and 3 weeks to clear and then starting up again is not really what I'd recommend. Ancedotally most women run more like 8-10-12-14 week cycles. The short bursts are more what you'd hear for guys. 5 mg to 10 mg is not that big a deal. For both winny & var if you feel you want to go more aggressively than 20 mg / day, then both for cost & sides, most will go up to a cheaper injectable. At that point the sides for an oral start to become an issue. The sides from either of those are not going to be that big a deal, and as I said will clear within about 3 weeks (for orals - winny inject is 9 weeks).

Also just on this idea of going on and off and on and off- pay attention to what you're doing this for. If you can't deal w/ the sides then you shouldn't be cycling - you dont' get to pick & choose what results & sides you'll accept because what you get is the result of how good & consistent your diet & training are while "on" and how your natural body chemistry works w/ the compound. There's really no such thing as "no sides". Even if you don't see acne or whatever, you probably got some sides that were just not as dramatic as those you hear about w/ steroids. Have you also gotten blood work? Bloody noses are not uncommon w/ anavar. Blood pressure up? Lipids up? Cholesterol up? Did you check? Has it rebalanced itself before you started again? A longer cycle will give your body (i.e. the parts that aren't directly supported by the steroid - tendons, ligaments, joints) to adjust to the strength & gains you experience. The more time your body has to adapt to the changes, the more it can retain.
