I do 15min fasted cardio in the morning, 15min when i get off work(before workout) and 15min before bed
I do 15min HIIT 3x a day..sometimes i do 30min and sometimes i do 45min. Ive even done 2.5hours straight. It really depends on the day and how i feel lol
