I do 15min fasted cardio in the morning, 15min when i get off work(before workout) and 15min before bed

For fat burning purposes, you'd need to do more like 20 min to get to that fat burning stage. For anyone who remembers WarLobo from EF - when 30 + 30 <> 60. 60 min straight would produce more fat burning than 2 x 30 minute sessions. Ideally you might combine 2 of the 15 minutes sessions, and call your pre-workout cardio a "warmup".

5 mile jog once a week, typically. Sometimes 1 or 2 hard 5K workouts twice a week. Or, a half hour with the heavy bag 2 or 3 times a week. Or, 30 minutes of skipping rope once or twice a week. Any of those variants.
 
My cardio is all over the place. Sometimes 30 minutes in the morning after my AM weight sessions, sometimes 30 minutes in the PM after my PM weight sessions. Maybe sprints after an upper body session if I'm not too brutalized from the previous leg day. Maybe upright bike HIIT in the morning if I don't mind going in to work all sweaty.

I think the important thing is to just hit at least 30 minutes LI, like sassy69 said, or do some HIIT whenever you can. Cardio is boring, but do it.
