No, not to do cardio! Now if you take a super quick relaxer dip then maybe, but if you are straight bulking(not lean bulking) then your priory needs to be to head home after the gym and stuff you face.
 
Ok thanks man im finding this forum extra useful what about if i went home and stuffed my face and then went for a cardio swim later that day or do you think its best tk just leave it for a seperate day all together

do cardio seperatly,another day
go to the pool and do it right
combine it with bicycle or running too,if you like,staight after

on cardio you burning more calories than weightlifting,
as long as you bulking you already have a high daily calories intake so no reason to increase it for one day
i assume that you have a cheat day too,so nevermind :D
 
Yeh i have a cheat day :-) and thanks was just making sure yeh u have a high calorie intake thanks for the advice nikooo
