Hey Guys! I need to Thanks GRanabolics & DATH for the supreme job, communication and service. Package arrived in a good time frame, well pack and full of goodies. I going to be doing a nice log with Synaptec Sust325 from GRanabolics and I will be open for any ideas or variations (diet or exercise related) for this 10 weeks S325 twice a wk cycle (MO & TH). Again, Thanks DATH for an excellent communication and GR for nice Nectar.
 
10 WEEKS 325 cycle twice a week MO & TH- (will start on Monday)

PCT will start 3 weeks on the dot after last pin (clomid/nolva and I have Letro for the just in case)

Looking to shred maybe 2-3% BF (actual bf is 13-14) while adding some muscle

5'8'' @ 198 of pretty awesomeness LoL!!!

Diet is going to be between 2500-3000 split in 5-6 meals (I have a lot of chicken breast, buffalo/elk ground beef)

NO DIRTY FATS, NO FRY, NO FAST FOOD

1MR BENCH PRESS- 410

1MR SQUAT - 525

1MR DL 500

Hope to add muscle, remain lean or get leaner, and add (at least) an extra easy 10-15lbs to each event. Numbers are no bench shirt,no squat or dl suit. Just chalk, wraps and belt.
 
Day start early (6:00am) BSN Cookies & Cream shake

Pre-workout 7:30 and hit the gym by 8:00am

Oatmeal bowl and 2 boil eggs by 10:30

Turkey breast and salad 12:45pm

Tuna snack 4:15

Elk steak & green beans/tomatoes (6:00pm)

I have plan to take one Casein shake before go to bed before 9:00pm

Routine was Arms & Abs:

Straight bar curs/ alternating db curl/ cable curls

cable push down/ lying triceps extensions/ db kick back

barbel wrist curls / db wrist curls

leg raises/ cable rope crunches/ crunches

( I took this routine from the AST website) Just modified the days and weight to myself.

Now what everybody is waiting for.....((((drums sound effect)))))

GrAnabolic Sust325 (first day)

1cc (325) with 1in. 25g in the triceps

Does hurt a little bit but nothing bad. (Feels like a flu shot)

.25g was good enough to withdraw from vial and push out the syringe. No resistance in the oil.

Went smooooottthhhhhh. Oil looks nice and clear and I will update tomorrow with legs routine.

I'm will be hitting the squat rack like a beast.

Hello Ladies and gents...To update the Pinned from yesterday, I can say that the pain increased

maybe 1% overnight (3 in the scale of 1-10) but was almost gone by 6:00am. So far, I feel good,

no redness in the area and arm is not cripple like I felt in the past with other labs. Today was legs

day...A lot of back and front squat, leg press, calf raises and all that good thing. Diet was as follow:

2 boiling eggs (6:30am)

Pineapple protein shake (2 scoop) & Pre-workout drink (8:00am)

Pre-workout 7:30 and hit the gym by 8:00am

Post-workout drink 10:30

Chicken breast and bake potato 12:00pm

Tuna snack 2:00pm

Salmon & green beans (4:30pm)

Fruit cup with almonds (fresh fruit, not out of a can) (7:00pm)

I have plan to take one Casein shake before go to bed between 8:30 & 9:00pm

Well,finally I'm home...Tired like a dog but a happy dog

with two tails. Today I start with the Cross-fit exercise

of the day. The event consist of 3 set of 800mts (fast)

and rest for two minutes. Then I headed to the gym and

performed the Cross-fit Football exercise of the day.

I did have fun with this one. Fit more to my style.

The exercise consist of (by time)

5 DB Thrusters 50 lbs, 5 Strict Chin Ups & 5 Burpees.

By the way...is 9 sets of this stuff by time.


I going to be hurt tomorrow but I love it so far...No Pain

No Gains right Guys!

The diet was a s follow:

raising oatmeal bowl (6:00am)

Pre-workout drink (7:30am)

Hit the track & gym by 8:00am

Post-workout drink & isolate protein shake 10:30

2 Chicken grill breast and bake potato 12:30pm (little bit of sour cream)

Chicken snack 2:00pm (Comes in can like Tuna)

Pineapple and mango fruit bowl (4:00pm)

Turkey in the grill with salad green beans (6:30pm)

Watermelon (8:30pm)

No protein shake tonight. I think I ingest enough during

the day plus is late and I'm ready to hit the bed any

minute. By the way...after all that run and burpees in the

gym, my leg s are fine no indication of soreness from the Sust.

I did feel full of energy. Will see what next week is going to bring.

In the mean time, I still have Friday, rest Saturday and pick it up on Sunday.

Way too busy to log last night. The diet was a s follow:

Protein shake (2:00pm)

bison ground beef with sweet potato (6:00pm)

tuna snack and pineapple bowl (8:30pm)

Went to bed almost at 10:00pm after long day of work.

The routine at the gym was for shoulder and traps with

couple 100mts sprints to increase my Cardio. So far I feel good.

Almost one week down, nine to go and expectations are huge!

Here is guys...Wednesday; half week down!

Today diet was a s follow:

1 brown bread toast & 2 boiling eggs (6:30am)

pre-workout 8:00am hit the gym by (8:30)

Start with cardio 20 min for nice warm up.

Today routine focus on Shoulders/Trap

The only different that I did compare with the ATS

website, they do 3 sets of 4-6; I prefer 5 x 5. Other

than that I follow the exercise routine.

Post work-out 11:00am

chicken salad with vinegar dressing (12:00)

2 scoop of peanut butter (the crunchy one) 2:00pm

ground beef with sweet potato 4:00pm

Cesar salad 6:00pm

casein protein shake 8:00pm

* skin start looking a little bit oily. I going to start 20mg

accutane eod just in case. Don't like the acne look.

Other than that...feel good, looks better, I may add

cardio (15-20) in non cardio days. Definitely, if you

looks good...you feels good!!!
 
Turday; Back day and Cardio. Excellent day!

Exept for the cardio portion...Cardio is essential

but SUCKKKKKKKSSSSSSSSSS! Any ways;

I pinned on Tuesday, I going to do the other

one on Friday. I going to pick it up again

next week Mo & Th. So far so good!!!!

Avalanche but I change from time to time

to Assault or EPO Blast.

Still prefer xplode.
