i don't get why the US military allows this instead of just dropping one big bomb. fucking bullshit. wipe out a few square miles at a time and it seems they will get the message a lot faster. why pussyfoot around? why guns and not bombs?
The CIA are trying to maintain and control the opium drug trade. Bombing the shit out of that place would just destroy the resources they are after.
At the rate Americans are addicted to opiates it makes perfect sense.
because it is a fake war created by the US government via the CIA it all traces back to the Soviet invasion of Afghanistan in the late 70's. almost exactly the same methodology was used to create the "terrorists" as was used to provoke Japan into attacking the US during WWII and it starts with economic sanctions which creates social disrupt in that nation. the US gov did it with japan and the CIA did it covertly by blocking and illegally procuring monies going into certain regions in the middle east. combined with an illegal occupation and shipping thousands off to GITMO is how you make someone a "terrorist" who was not previously.

Because as a military member we join to defend to freedoms of every one around the world. I would rather give my life to save others then know I killed many innocent people. Granted casualties of war do happen, but not to the magnitude of an atomic bomb. Not to mention we bomb the shit out of their country we will just end up paying to rebuild it and it would end up going against the united nations.
Can somebody explain what exactly he was trying to do? I don't get the video...

I was just watching CNN (yeah I know lol) and they were saying he was trying to move forward while his unit was pinned down.
After they said that a person said they don't even know if this video is real?
It sure as hell doesnt look like call of duty, right.

" I got a hit a total of 4 times. My helmet cam died and i made it down the mountain on my own. I was also hit in the side of my helmet and my eye pro was shot off of my face. We were doing overwatch on the village to recon and gather intel. I was point heading down the face of the hill with the LT. when we got hit. the rest of the squad was pinned down by machine gun fire. I didn't start the video until a few mins into the firefight for obvious reasons. I came out into the open to draw fire so my squad could get to safety."
"A round struck the tube by my hand of the 203 grenade launcher which knocked it out of my hands. When I picked the rifle back up it was still functional but the grenade launcher tube had a nice sized 7.62 cal bullet hole in it and was rendered useless. "

Im not a Soilder, so please excuse my ignorance if I am thinking about this wrong. But it seems that he was under fire from those dust clouds popping up here and there, wouldn't you try to find some cover? Then I noticed he was shooting blindly, not really caring where he was aiming going from left to right. Just curious is all, not hating or anything on our Soilders. Just honestly want to know what was going on...

Why else would any one go through years of special operations training, sere school, jump school, dive school.
Why else do you see vets eyes get watery when the national anthem is being played or a tragedy is in place. Why else would I volunteer to be associated with Seal Team 17 for the reserves when I know I can be mobilized and put into a fire fight while being a civilian. I refuse to fight for the gov't but I am willing to do my part to fight for what I consider freedom instead of bitch about it in a forum.
I agree with you on that, but know it can't happen. I think we need to let every dollar sucking non contributing person that claims to be an American Citizen because their whore of a mother gave birth to them die, but that would be unethical.

Yes, when I joined I was in the 11th grade about to go into my summer break, I graduated high school and 2 weeks later I was in basic. Point being, I was young and didnt know shit. 18 year olds dont watch the news or have any real view of the world outside their hometown.

God! Just when I start to agree with you on a few points, you gotta go off the deep end with the tinfoil hat crap. Yes, WWII was all the fault of the US. The Japs weren't wreaking havoc in Asia just as the Germans were in Europe. Sure, there are no actual Islamic radicals in the ME who, not only can't get along with their non muslim neighbors (India/Pakistan) but also want to attack the US and it's allies. But then again, you also believe that 9/11 was an inside job, so it's kind of moot to even debate you on this issue.

If you watch Loose Change 911, it's hard to combat the fact that the US Government wasn't in on the whole attack theory.
I said nothing of the sort but it's documented in US military history just not spoken in the US media or in most texts. Adm. James O. Richardson of the Pacific Fleet was relieved of duty by FDR because he would not form a blockade around Japan (which is seen as an act of war) and then later protested when FDR moved the Pacific fleet to Pearl, when it's home base was in S.F. it was documented in war games held years earlier that exposed the threat to a sitting fleet from air attack from the exact direction of attack on Dec 7, 1941.
All of this information is documented in US military court documents and Naval Court of Inquiry, etc. in regards to his predecessor Admiral Husband E. Kimmel, the scapegoat.
FDR also traded 50 Navy destroyers to the British in exchange for bases stretching from the Caribbean to Newfoundland. a clear violation of the the Neutrality Act was performed by executive order.
but don't take my word on any of this stuff, look it up yourself as I did.
I almost forgot the US froze all of Japan's assets in July of 1941.
