I was drunk arm wrestling a bunch of Aussies for bar tabs last week in Chi town. I woke up the next day with some serious thundering pain in my inner elbow.... debilitating...
I let my arm chill for a week, benched today and the same crushing pain came back 10 fold.
On 750 test & 750 eq on week 10.....
Should I just PCT?
Work the legs to death?
Or just try to grow bigger muscles in my cawk?
