Haven't really been on this forum in a while, been dieting and seeing if I can get into contest shape (I'm not doing a show)

Currently 210 - 212lbs @ 5' 11"; 24 years old.

Im having trouble getting rid of the last bits of fat around the lower back and obliques which is rather frustrating, but I started an otc fat burner and ghrp-2 100mcg 3x per day which seems to be aiding in getting rid of that...

Thanks for the compliments guys; really means a lot... been busting my ass lately.

My arms measure about 17.5" cold..

Right now I'm taking:

300mg per week Test
600mg per week Tren
600mg per week EQ

Once I get to my desired bf I will cruise on 150 - 200mg per week of test.

I also run hcg and hmg throughout.

Diet lately is something like this:
1. Protein shake (50g protein) with 10g coconut oil, 3 whole eggs (free range, organic, omega 3)
2. 8oz Grass fed ground beef w pasta sauce, 1 cup brown rice, vegtables
3. (Post Workout) 8 oz Chicken with 2 cups white jasmine rice w/ pineapple and teriyaki sauce
4. Protein shake with 10g coconut oil
5. 8oz Chicken and Vegtables
6. Protein shake with 10g coconut oil

Some days I up the carbs by making some ezekiel bread french toast or adding an extra serving of brown rice; Im not too particular about carb cycling, mostly go by feel, if I'm craving extra carbs that day; I eat extra carbs. I do have a problem with major cheat meals one time a week which I think hinders my progress slightly but fuck it, helps keep me sane.

Yeah I based it a lot off of John Meadow's Mountain Dog Diet, I really like the idea of it being health centered while also being tailored to bodybuilding.

Coconut oil is awesome stuff; tons of health benefits especially for the heart, also has been proven to raise HDL cholesterol, and it provides MCT's which your body needs while dieting/trying to get leaner. Sometimes I use it to cook with, last night I made some fried brown rice with that, some veggies, couple eggs, chicken, and some chili garlic sirracha; was excellent.
