Hello cary i agree with you on that but will you tell me what does it mean First you have said avoid over eating and next you said use plenty of food they both are opposite things which one to follow ???
 
Is it possible to lose weight without doing exercise??
of course..you just need to be calorie deficient...so if you eat below what your body burns you will lose wieght..issue is your body will eventually use muscle as a fuel source instead of fat..because its a faster fuel source..hence why anerexic peeps still have higher bf% even when run down to nothing...body goes into survival mode..

The #1 thing you can do to lose weight:
Cut sugar out of your diet COMPLETELY.
table sugar and sucrose are literally poison to the body, and it's everywhere in our food supply. It's roughly 30% of the total calories in sugar/fructose (high fructose corn syrup) that will end up as fat, regardless of what you do.
The body can not use sugar and fructose; only the liver can metabolize it. The process through which the liver metabolizes fructose/sugar directly impacts bad cholesterol as well.
 
Don't drastically reduce carbs. Keep your carbs at the current quota and up your cardio. Weight loss is a gradual process.
