of course..you just need to be calorie deficient...so if you eat below what your body burns you will lose wieght..issue is your body will eventually use muscle as a fuel source instead of fat..because its a faster fuel source..hence why anerexic peeps still have higher bf% even when run down to nothing...body goes into survival mode..Is it possible to lose weight without doing exercise??
