Hey everyone, it's been awhile since I've trained consistently and ready to get back into it. Right now I'm looking to lose weight and recondition my body and focus on my core. As always I'm at a loss where to start without some help/feedback. I was reading about super complexes and was interested in feed back and if anyone has any sample routines in how to incorporate them. An example of what I'm talking about is
Deadlift
High pull
Front Squat
Push Press
BO Row
All done with barbell and same weight, moving from one right into the other without stopping. Does this make sense? Any suggestions or thoughts on putting a workout routine based on them? Thanks!
