I have become extremely motivated by some of the members threads ive been reading on here...Heavyirons transformation really inspired me, and HFO3 is just a freakin specimen!...I hope to one day have his level of conditioning...And even Kos's dramatic weight loss pics have inspired me...So i am on a mission to take it to the next level...I have put myself on an extremely low carb diet, today i ate 1 cup of oatmeal for breakfest with a 60 gram whey protien shake...Went and grappled for 1 hour, sparred for 1 hour, then lifted for 1 hour, then another 60 gram whey protien shake, then post workout meal was 2 chopped sirloins and water, ill eat 2 more before bed...Im fealing very weak from all the cardio and low carbs so dont flame my workout videos to bad, lol......I did 3 sets of flat bench with 315lbs I got 9 reps, 8 reps and then 7 reps, then went over to incline bench and did 225lbs for 20 reps...Im on a mission to get serious and then do my first cycle...Any advice, critisism, and jokes will be appreciated.
